Biography: Laura D. (born Laura Drezewski; June 27, 1982) is a German/Filipina electronic rock musician. She's most recognised for her involvement as a bass player in Los Angeles and London based rock bands.
Other bands in which she played in include Kissing Violet where she also appeared in the music video of Eric Forsberg''s horror movie "Night of the Dead - Leben Tod". [Watch Here].
While with London based rock band Easter Parade in 2008, she also appeared on MTV performing their set at the famous mass Festival "EXIT" in Novisad, Serbia. [Watch Here].
Laura is a talented songwriter and is currently working with lyricist Christy Holmes on her yet-to-be-titled first EP that is going to be released right here at Radio Insect Records and distributed worldwide on iTunes in 2009. For the EP, Laura is playing several instruments including guitars, bass, synthesizers, and drum programming. Laura also more performs and records her own vocals. With straight-to-the-point lyric work, "The Hook-Up Song" is their most successful work, an anthem to the ever growing gay scene. Her rising fan base, who mostly are fans of the tv series "L-Word", love the pumping new wave/electro sound that Laura delivers in her songs.
